Steven Cowley, Heintz Surveying and Engineering

Mr. Cowley is a GIS analyst and Geospatial Services Manager with over 20 years of GIS experience in the public and private sectors.  Steven has worked in land surveying and civil engineering and has a broad background in cadastral, infrastructure and special project data development, maintenance and analysis.
