Juli Anna McNutt, a co-founder of Lark Environmental, Inc., has been specializing in wildlife management and ecology, natural resource planning, and NEPA compliance for the last 25 years. She holds a B.S. in Wildlife & Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M University and an M.S. in Environmental Biology from the University of Houston. She has extensive experience working with both the private and government sectors, working with and for numerous Native American tribes, and coordinating with federal, state, local, and tribal agencies about sensitive species, working to find solutions forward for all parties involved. She is a clear communicator with the ability to relate to different audiences regarding sensitive issues, efficiently understand potential issues, and develop rapid, effective, and practical solutions.
