Round Robin Event

How It Works

At registration, conference attendees will receive a Round Robin card with spaces for participation stickers. Each vendor-sponsor participating in the Round Robin Event will receive a pack of unique stickers. These stickers will be given to attendees to collect on their event cards after they have heard any one vendor-sponsor presentation. Once filled, the cards can be turned in for entry into the prize drawings.

Eligibility

• Vendors with a Gold Level or higher sponsorship may opt-in to the vendor Round Robin
• All conference attendees are automatically eligible to participate with purchase of a conference ticket

Presentations

Attendees will be grouped equally into as many groups as there are participating vendors.  The vendors will have an allotted time for presenting to the participating attendees’ group by group.  The time for presentations will be the events total minute count divided by the number of the event’s total number of participating vendor-sponsors.

Prizes

Round Robin attendees will be eligible for cash and prize drawings.  Prizes donated by vendor-sponsors will be categorized by value. Attendee participation will be tracked by stickers from vendors, and full participation will allow for entrance into the prize drawings.  Drawings will be held at the conference evening social event.  Attendees will vote by applause for the best vendor presentation and the winning vendor will get bragging rights!
